1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Love to Go Guide business directory service ("the Service") provided by MVISecure. By registering for and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time.

2. Service Description

Love to Go Guide is an online business directory that allows businesses to:

• Create and manage business profiles
• Display business information, contact details, and descriptions
• Upload and manage product listings
• Receive customer inquiries and reviews
• Access analytics and business insights

3. Registration and Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

When you register for the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Be authorized to represent the business you are registering
• Choose a secure password and maintain its confidentiality
• Update your information promptly when it changes

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Business Listings and Content

4.1 Content Standards

You warrant that all business information and content you provide:

• Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Complies with all applicable South African laws
• Is not illegal, harmful, offensive, or discriminatory
• Does not contain viruses or malicious code

4.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• False or misleading business information
• Illegal products or services
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Discriminatory or hate speech
• Pornographic or adult content
• Content promoting illegal activities

5. Fees and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

Love to Go Guide offers various subscription plans:

• Basic Plan:R500 once-off + R200/month for 12 months
• Premium Plan:R1000 once-off (no monthly fees)
• Delivery Plan:R1000 once-off + R200/month for delivery features

5.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through PayFast and subject to the following:

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Consumer Protection Rights

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act:

• You have the right to cancel within 5 business days of registration
• All prices and fees are clearly disclosed upfront
• You have the right to fair and honest marketing
• You may request a copy of these terms at any time

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Intellectual Property

Love to Go Guide and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by MVISecure and protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Service, you grant MVISecure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVISecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

10.2 Termination by MVISecure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute:

1. First attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication
2. If unresolved, mediation may be pursued
3. As a last resort, matters may be referred to the appropriate South African courts or consumer protection bodies

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
